Working in the Specialties Division in Southeast and Southwest Florida for the last decade, Glen has overseen projects ranging from small renovations to large multi-unit construction. When it comes to Glass in particular, this first hand experience matters. He prides himself on top notch communication, on time delivery, and quality installs. The ultimate goal for LFG led by Glen is not only to deliver high quality work but also bring better technology to the industry. Glen currently lives in Boynton Beach, FL with his wife, two kids & dog.
Isabele Oliveira
VPÂ Operations
For the last 5 years, Isabele has been running efficient operations within the Specialties field, effectively communicating with both Field Operations & Builders. She prides herself on creative problem solving, always leaning in to find the best solution for all involved. If you ask Isabele, she'll tell you Teamwork makes the dream work. The Builders that work with Isabele know she's invested in their success. Isabele resides in Boynton Beach with her other half and their dog, Oliver.
Adam Offman
Project Manager
With over ten years of experience in construction management, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to our team. Known for his keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills, he excels at tackling complex technical challenges and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Adam's commitment to quality and precision makes him an invaluable asset to each of our Builders. When he's not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
Mailin Aguilera
General Manager - Window Treatments
Mailin brings a wealth of experience to the team, working for the last 10 years in construction, managing Window Treatments for the last 5. Transforming spaces with elegance, Mailin's team offers unparalleled expertise in enhancing interiors. Our clients trust in Mailin to meet the unique aesthetic and functional needs of each client. This native Floridian currently resides in Palm Beach County with her Husky, Blue.
Isis Calderon
Specialties Estimator
We are not successful in the field without our office running efficiently. Since 2018, Isis has been working in estimating within the Specialties division. By focusing on the big picture while bringing a get it done attitude to each job, Isis always delivers top notch results for our clients. When she's not at LFG, you can find Isis at home with her daughter and her dog named Bane.
Veedesh "Vee" Bally
Specialties Estimator
Combining field experience with top notch customer service, Vee can do it all. Whether he's visiting our customers in the field or finalizing plans for customers, we know our builders are in good hands. Vee currently resides in Broward County.
Ivan Failach
Field Supervisor
As one of our Field Supervisors, Ivan oversees the field operations of multiple projects at once. On a daily basis, you can find Ivan walking job sites ensuring installations are happening correctly and in a timely manner. Working in construction for the last 8 years, Ivan's expertise comes from his experience in knowing what the end result should look like. Ivan currently lives in Palm Beach County with his dog, an American Bulldog named Harley.
